Wanderers turned cuddle pros, these Texas-born siblings beat the odds together and are now looking for a forever home. Jake has severe food allergies that require a special prescription diet, and since they’re bonded, Millie is on the same diet. If you’re ready for a loving duo and can commit to their dietary needs, they’re waiting for you!

Background
Millie and Jake wandered out of the woods in Texas as tiny kittens, rescued by a kind soul who gave them a second chance. They made the journey to Canada in late April and have since received attentive care. At around 1.5 years old, they’re thriving and ready to settle into a calm, loving home together.

Health
Jake has a severe food allergy and has been seen by allergy and dermatology specialists. He requires a prescription Z/D diet, available only through veterinary clinics. Because they’re so closely bonded, Millie is also on the same diet and both are doing exceptionally well. This diet will need to be continued in their new home.

Personality
Millie is sleek, soft, and affectionate once she knows she’s safe, she gives real hugs and loves to cuddle. Jake, with his fluffier coat and constant purr, is all about attention. Together, they make a warm and affectionate pair: gentle, loving, and full of charm.

Looking For
A quiet, stable home with someone willing to adopt both siblings together. Because of Jake’s dietary needs, their adopter must commit to feeding the Z/D food exclusively. These two have come a long way and deserve a home that will love them just as they are—sweet, bonded, and a little bit special.
